About

What we repeatedly do, forms the person we become.

We are faced with a plethora of stress in today’s world and it is critical to our wellbeing that we learn how to operate in this. We must regain control of the controllables, truly enjoy life when it is good and have trust in ourselves and our skills that we can overcome the bad. When wanting to improve our wellbeing we need to look at all the small building blocks involved:

  • Personal nutrition

  • Movement

  • Mindset

  • Daily habits

  • Motivation

  • Our environment

  • Rest & recovery

So often we prioritise intensity over consistency, put immense pressure on ourselves and chase never ending goals, that we no longer stop to reflect, to slow down, to enjoy our days. We need to build habits and implement processes consistently in order to optimise our lives, and our happiness.

Health is much more than low heart rates and strong muscles it is physical, mental, emotional, social, financial and educational. All factors are important, the level of importance is individual but none must be overlooked.

It is though our daily habits we build resilience and the adaptability to be the best version of ourselves and live lives we truly deserve.

My ethos is simple, life is not about trying to constantly avoid stress, that we can never do, but learn to operate effectively within it, that we can always do.
